Zachary Talley is the Portfolio Software Manager at Mustard Seed Wealth Management, where he plays a key role in research, technology, and advisor support. He joined the firm as an intern before graduating from the Southern Arkansas University Honors College in 2007 and has since become an integral part of the team.
Zachary oversees the firm’s software solutions, including its portfolio management system, ensuring that advisors have the tools and data they need to serve clients effectively. His analytical expertise and keen attention to detail make him a go-to resource for research and data used in client presentations and firm publications.
Previously, Zachary served as Mustard Seed’s Chief Compliance Officer for ten years. He now applies that experience to support the firm’s compliance team, bringing a deep understanding of regulatory standards and operational best practices.
Zachary and his wife, Jessica, are proud parents of three children. His commitment to excellence, both professionally and personally, continues to support the success of Mustard Seed and the clients they serve.
