Jonathan Baird is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and seasoned advisor with a heart for helping families build a secure financial future. He graduated from Southern Arkansas University in 2001 with a BBA in Marketing and later earned a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2005. After meeting the experience requirements, Jonathan became a CFP® Professional in 2006. His commitment to deepening his financial expertise led him back to SAU, where he earned a second BBA with an emphasis in Finance in 2010.
Jonathan joined Mustard Seed Wealth Management in 2005 and has been helping clients make wise, values-driven financial decisions ever since. He is the author of CFO Dad: How to Lead Your Family to Financial Freedom and Security, a practical guide for families seeking clarity and confidence in their financial journey.
Jonathan also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Peoples Bank of Magnolia, where he was named CFO of the Year in 2013 for the State of Arkansas. He has been recognized as one of Arkansas Business's 40 Under 40 and was honored as Outstanding Young Alumni of the Year by Southern Arkansas University.
In addition to his work in finance, Jonathan actively serves on the boards of Peoples Bank of Magnolia and Magnolia Regional Medical Center. He and his wife Emily are the proud parents of five children, and he operates out of Peoples Bank on Jackson Street in Magnolia. Jonathan is passionate about helping individuals and families thrive.
