Today, she serves as both Customer Service Manager and Chief Compliance Officer, helping to ensure the firm operates smoothly and remains aligned with regulatory
standards. As one of the first points of contact for clients, Jen brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction. She supports both advisors and clients with efficiency and care, playing a key role in delivering accurate, high-quality service.
